exploring geneva's landmarks with ease from this hotel
during my stay, I enjoyed being just a few steps from the archeological site at st pierre's cathedral and a short walk to parc des bastions, which made my city strolls super enjoyable and convenient.

satisfactory stay but with minor improvements needed
The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly in securing a table for us at a nearby restaurant. The unique touch of having Marshall amplifiers in the room truly enhanced our experience, allowing for spontaneous music sessions. the self-service tea area was a delightful surprise, providing an excellent way to unwind. It felt like a cozy haven, perfect for our short getaway.
The layout of the room could benefit from better storage options.

The check-in process was quick and I loved the good espresso available in the lounge area. The place has a really nice relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and I enjoyed the cozy terrace too. The windows couldn't be opened, which was a bit of a bummer, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! ☕

The stylish rooftop bar provides a lively atmosphere and a great view, making it a nice spot to kick back after a long day. The shared coffee and tea room is a cozy touch with 24-hour access, perfect for a quick pick-me-up anytime.
Navigating through the dark corridors can be quite the hassle, especially with a big suitcase. The lack of any nearby assistance for help isn't great. The rooms are on the small side and lack adequate storage, making it tricky to unpack comfortably. My air conditioning was useless, leaving me with the noisy option of keeping the window open, where sounds from the street and trams pierced the night. Breakfast options are limited and monotonous, which you might want to skip anyway. And good luck finding basic amenities like dental kits or slippers, since they aren't provided, and the vending machines are your only option for necessities like adaptors. Lastly, the odd signage and cave-like decor can leave you feeling a bit lost from the moment you arrive.

Would recommend for a temporary stay
Clean room, friendly staff, the bar area is a delightful space with lush plants and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evening while being conveniently located only a 12-minute walk from the main train station.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of Ruby Claire stands out with easy access to main attractions. My room was well designed, clean, but I found it a bit tight around the bed. A bit odd having a glass bathroom, but it didn’t spoil things for me. The staff impressed me with their warmth and attentiveness, especially the amazing waitress at the bar. Speaking of the bar, it had a great atmosphere, but the drink menu could use more options. I enjoyed the self-service tea area, a nice touch really. I did notice that there were no shelves in the room, making it tricky to unpack and store my luggage comfortably. my stay was memorable, although some minor fixes could elevate the experience a lot.
